Despite temperatures above 30°C, the Application Technology department gathered for its annual conference With midsummer temperatures reaching over 30°C, the entire Klaes Application Technology team gathered for its annual summer conference. Despite the heat in the conference room, the event was dominated by professional and personal exchanges – a highlight in the internal annual calendar.
Fortunately, all teams of Application Technology were represented: 3D, Hotline and Training. This concentrated expertise ensured an intensive and varied conference, which not only focused on technical news and current developments in the software, but also highlighted internal structures and openly addressed personal issues.
The joint exchange was characterised by open cooperation, new ideas and a noticeable team spirit. Thanks to the close collaboration during the conference, many processes were understood even better, experiences were shared and new impetus for everyday work was gained.
The conference was rounded off by a convivial evening programme in a relaxed atmosphere. The day provided an opportunity for informal exchanges, joint discussions and the deepening of team spirit.
Overall, the 2025 summer conference proved to be a successful mix of information, dialogue and team spirit, leaving a positive impression on the participants.
